Action Manager
The 
Action Manager dialog provides access to all of PDFix Actions. Actions extend the functionality of PDFix Desktop, allowing you to streamline the process of creating, editing, and processing documents.
Currently PDFix support four kinds of actions:
Base Actions
The 
Base action offers you PDFix core automated functionality. The complete list of base actions with the descriptions is available on https://pdfix.net/pdfix-batch-commands/
Base actions are categorized by their purpose. Each action can be used for a batch of files in the application view or individually within each document view.
For most base actions, you need to define different parameters. The set of parameters varies by action, so please refer to the user guide for each action individually.
Default Actions
The 
Custom action allows you to combine base and extern actions into the automated pipelines.
Custom Actions
The Custom action allows you to combine base and extern actions into the automated pipelines.
The custom actions can be added in Actions manager with 
Add button. Type the Title, Category, icon and description of your new custom actions.
In the New Actions dialog, use Add, 
Remove, 
Move Up, 
Move Down buttons to prepare the pipeline from base and external actions.
External Actions
The 
External action allows you to extend PDFix functionality with external modules, harnessing the power of AI.
PDFix offers several predefined external modules, which are continuously added to our GitHub. Feel free to check them periodically for updates.
